Join us for a morning-time meditation and sound bath with Steph Russ of Cosmic Healing. Through direct vibrational sounds and and ambient sounds heard throughout the space, this morning meditation will help you start your week and month on the right foot.
This session will be held on Monday, February 24th fom 9:30AM til 10:30AM and will take place at Copperline Plant Company, located at 23 W Hargett Street in Downtown Raleigh, NC.
This class is open to any and all - bring your own Yoga Mat or something you can lay on.
